Medizinar Care LLP is a professional home healthcare and caregiving service provider offering bedside patient care, elderly care, mother & baby care, home maid services, palliative care, NRI parent care, registered nurse services, and related support services in Kerala, India.

Service Availability

All services are subject to caregiver availability, service location, and client requirements. Medizinar Care LLP reserves the right to accept, modify, postpone, or decline service requests based on operational, medical, or safety considerations.

Registration & Enrollment

Clients must complete the registration process and provide accurate information regarding health conditions, medical history, care requirements, and emergency contacts.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of services.

Payment Terms

• Service charges shall be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
• Prices are subject to revision with prior notice.

Membership Packages

Membership validity begins from the service commencement date.

Gift Voucher Benefits

• 6-Month Package: ₹500 Gift Voucher
• 12-Month Package: ₹1,000 Gift Voucher

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Caregiver Replacement Policy

Medizinar Care LLP provides a caregiver replacement facility subject to availability.

• 1st Replacement – Free
• 2nd Replacement – Free
• 3rd Replacement – Free
• 4th Replacement onwards – ₹3,000 per replacement

Replacement requests must be submitted through the company's official communication channels.

Client Responsibilities

Clients and family members agree to:

• Provide accurate health and care information.
• Maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
• Treat caregivers with dignity and respect.
• Ensure timely payment of service fees.
• Inform the company of significant medical or care-related changes.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assigned caregivers shall:

• Deliver services professionally and compassionately.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and care guidelines.
• Respect the privacy and dignity of clients.

Medical Disclaimer

Medizinar Care LLP is not a hospital, ambulance provider, emergency medical service, or medical diagnostic centre.

Medical diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment decisions, and emergency interventions remain the responsibility of licensed doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

Emergency Situations

In emergencies, caregivers may:

• Notify family members.
• Contact emergency services.
• Arrange hospital transfer when necessary.

Any hospital expenses, transportation charges, medications, investigations, or treatment costs shall be borne by the client or family.

Service Cancellation

Either party may request service cancellation with prior notice. Registration fees and completed service charges are non-refundable. Outstanding dues must be settled before service termination.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information, medical records, and service-related details are treated confidentially. Medizinar Care LLP will not disclose client information to third parties except:

• With client consent
• For emergency situations
• When required by law

Limitation of Liability

Medizinar Care LLP shall not be liable for:

• Medical complications beyond caregiver scope.
• Hospital treatment outcomes.
• Force majeure events.
• Information provided incorrectly by clients or family members.

The company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding materials, service descriptions, graphics, and documents remain the property of Medizinar Care LLP and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kollam District, Kerala.
